Are "They" Warning Us?!?!?

These signs have been popping up all over NYC. Never really paid any attention to them. With all the "sudden undetected" Natural disaster that have been occurring, earthquake in Haiti and the Tsunami in Japan. Is there something we don't know about that could potentially hit New York state? The ad questions "Ready For a Disaster?"
