Men and women who suffer from headaches sex might be your cure. Studies are proving that headaches may be caused by lack of sex!Great sex may be more important to your health then you think - did you know that your sex life could be related to the headaches you get? It turns out that quick sex can cause headaches while more sex might actually help relieve them. Now I know most females are like HELL YEAH... I'd get a headache from "quick sex" too lol any woman would if a man came too quick, and she was sexually satisfied. Not to mention the excuses they give afterwards and not being able to go a second round to make it up. I would get a headache too.
The weekly magazine Freundin said scientists have found that regular sex produces hormones including adrenaline and cortisoll. These stimulate the brain, which in turn helps to prevent migraines. Details of the extent of experimentation engaged in by the scientists were not forthcoming.
"Sex promotes our ability to concentrate, lengthens our attention span, and stimulates creativity and ideas," said Werner Habermehl, a professor at the Sexology Institute in Hamburg. "In short, sex makes you smarter."
